NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.

BD Displays (dba of B2B Services Group, Inc.) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

Office Hours
BD Displays offices are open from 9:00am to 4:00pm PDT Monday – Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all national holidays.

Payment Terms
All online orders are prepaid. BD Displays accepts all major credit cards. Orders cannot be processed until payment is received. COD
is not an available option.

Turnaround Period
At BD Displays, turnaround time refers to the number of business days that we are processing the client's orders. Turnaround time does not mean/include shipping time. Turnaround time on custom orders does not include the time waiting for proof approval, file correction time, or any other time period that client's job is being processed beyond services that we provide.

Color Proof & Color Matching
Equipment used to print our products are calibrated on a regular basis, however we do not guarantee to match the color of the artwork depicted on the client’s monitor or the client’s proofing equipment.

Email Notifications
Client must use valid email address which is not filtered and does not require Hey There Signs to fill out forms in order to contact the client. If client does not receive our notification email due to their email setting, client must contact our office at (562) 435-9900.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time and charges are not included in our estimate/prices. Hey There Signs is not responsible for 3rd party's delay or damages to the product during shipping. Any additional surcharges billed to BD Displays, due to errors made by the client, will be charged to the client's credit card on file or credit card used at the time of order. These surcharges are listed below, but not limited to:
• address correction
• commercial/ residential charges
• rerouting a package
• additional requirements at delivery location

Change Orders
Please note that due to the automated nature of the online ordering system, there are limitations regarding changes to the status/quantity/shipping instructions of the client’s order(s). Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing within 4 hours of order submission. Once 4 hours is passed no changes can be made. Any changes made within the allotted 4-hour time limit will be subject to additional charges. A minimum change fee of $5.00 will be charged.

Order Cancellation
If the client would like to cancel a placed order, BD Displays must be notified in writing within 4 hours of placing the order before the order is processed through the system. No refund will be issued for services that have been provided such as design services, customization, etc. BD Displays will not issue refunds once 4 hours of time has lapsed since an order was placed.

Clients Supplied Shipping Information
BD Displays is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or information that has been provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to check the accuracy of shipping information. If a package is sent back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, BD Displays will ship the package again to the right address for additional shipping charges.

Copyrights & Trademark Information
All content available on this website, including but not limited to site and product design, text, graphics, interfaces, etc. with all rights reserved, is the property of BD Displays and/or third parties protected by intellectual property rights.
Client must not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit distribute, or modify the contents in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this site without BD Displays prior written consent.

The client warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The client also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The client further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction.

To support these warranties, the client agrees to indemnify and hold BD Displays harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

Limited Liability
BD Displays, its employees, or agents are not liable for any particular, incidental, act of God, delays, consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of data or profit whether or not BD Displays was notified of these losses in advance.

State/City Governing Laws
BD Displays is located in the city of Signal Hill, California. Therefore, laws of the state of California shall govern any disputes regarding any transactions with BD Displays and is subject to settling in the courts within the jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Indemnity
Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BD Displays, its affiliates, employees, officers, and subsidiaries from all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to client's use of the site. Client also certifies that he/she owns rights to or has a license to use the image(s) being reproduced as part of client's order.

Right to Subcontract
BD Displays reserves the right to subcontract whole or part of the orders received from its clients via online system or any other ordering methods.

Postage Rates
BD Displays is not responsible for postal or carrier charges applied to sending proofs or other materials requested by client. Client is responsible for postal or carrier charges unless it is negotiated otherwise.

Disclaimer of Warranties
All sales are final as is. BD Displays does not provide any warranty or services for the product(s) manufactured or sold by Hey There Signs or affiliated companies.

Returns & Refunds
Please note that there are no refunds on all custom orders. On custom orders there is no resell value for any returned jobs therefore all sales are final. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and are subject to approval by BD Displays. However, if there are any production related defects on the job the client receives, we would be glad to assist in re-printing the job at no additional cost with the same shipping method. The client must contact BD Displays within two business days after receiving the order to report any defects found in the ordered product. To report any printing defects or shipping damages, we require
d a minimum of two photographs of the damaged product and packaging. This is to help us identify the problem so we can prevent damages on any future orders. BD Displays reserves the right to evaluate all production defect claims. If the claim is approved by BD Displays, BD Displays will ship the reprint at no additional cost to the client at the originally agreed shipping method. Please note that customer may be required to return all defective products received. BD Displays is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation, weather circumstances, or any misuse on any of our products.

Paper Stock
The color of paper stock is not guaranteed in brightness or to match in multiple versions and reorders. This has to do with the various papers available and used in the production process. BD Displays will not provide any refunds related to variations of color due to paper.

Right to Refuse Service
BD Displays reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any individual, company, government entity or organization with or without a cause at any point of time. BD Displays reserves the right to charge the client for any services performed on the job up to the point of cancellation.

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Quotation & Estimates
Estimates are not the final prices. They are based solely on the information provided by the client. All estimates are valid for 30 business days from the original date that the estimate was calculated. BD Displays reserves the right to change all prices without notice at any point of time.

File Submission Requirements
In order to help BD Displays print the client’s product in a proper manner as far as color, quality, and time, a representative from Hey There Signs will work with the client to provide all necessary instructions and guidelines.

Order Approval
The client must check files thoroughly before submitting them to our online ordering system. BD Displays is not responsible for any missing fonts or images, misspellings, or any other damages to the file during transfer to our system. It is the client's responsibility to verify all contents of the provided PDF proof before approving the order for print. BD Displays is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or logos. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to BD Displays.
 

Over & Under Run Quantity
Due to the complex nature of manufacturing in the printing business, BD Displays reserves the right to provide clients with 5% over or under the quantity of the actual order.

PDF Proof
Customers are provided one PDF proof for proofing purposes with every custom order. Any additional proofs required will be subject to additional charges. If upon review of the PDF proof the client identifies a problem, the client will be allowed to submit the fix to the file and resubmit the correction. A corrected PDF Proof will be provided at additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. Prices are subject to change without further notice.
